Designed with a focus on clarity, reliability, and user freedom, the MTRX 12K offers real, actionable advantages for everyday vapers. Here are the core benefits you’ll notice from the moment you first use it:
- Extended use with minimal fuss: The substantial puff counts in Regular and Boost modes mean fewer replacements and more consistent performance across a day of vaping.
- Flavor and vapor control: The option to switch between Single and Dual Mesh Coils lets you shape flavor clarity and vapor density to suit your mood and preferred nicotine hit.
- Transparent status at a glance: The HD display provides immediate insight into battery life, current mode, and remaining e-liquid, helping you plan when to charge or switch modes.

Usage Guide & Care Tips
To get the most from your MTRX 12K, follow these practical guidelines. They help you maximize performance, enjoy consistent flavor, and extend the device’s usable life.
- Power and mode setup: Before inhaling, use the One-Click Switch to select either Regular or Boost mode. The device remains ready for use without complex setup.
- Charging your device: Connect the USB Type-C charging cable to a compatible power source. The built-in charging animation on the display confirms when charging is in progress and when the battery has reached a full state.
- Adjusting airflow: Use the external airflow control to refine your draw. A tighter setting yields a cigarette-like sensation, while a more open setting produces more vapor and a looser feel.
- Maintenance and care: Store in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Avoid prolonged exposure to high temperatures, which can affect e-liquid quality and battery performance.
- End-of-life considerations: When the device reaches the end of its life, dispose of it responsibly in accordance with local regulations. Fire Elf supports safe disposal practices as part of our commitment to thoughtful product stewardship.
Ideal Use Scenarios
The MTRX 12K is built for real-world situations where you want reliability, simplicity, and a long-lasting draw. Consider these scenarios to determine if this device fits your vaping routine:

- Social events or evenings out where you might switch between a lighter, flavor-focused puff and a stronger hit.
- New vapers seeking a straightforward, feature-rich entry point that still offers control over flavor and draw.

Love the service. Love Fire Elf.
I ordered menthol but I got Virginia tobacco instead.
I love Geek Bars! The white peach raspberry is a wonderful flavour. I really love how there's still plenty of juice left even after it's been on 0 for over a week and it keeps its flavour to the end.
I love it
Some last longer than others
Very satisfied

Great vape
Great vape
Taste just like the disposable raz devices.
I never received this one. Timing was over 16 days wait time. Then to get rip off by a missing vape. This is ridiculous. If any one sees this. Be warned. They do not communicate with you. Never did my vape arrived or was it refunded. Never again.
Ok
Not good service. Not good at all. Rip offs all the way. I recommend vapordna

Good service
I love the dial nob on top, just my face blocks it sometimes. The flavor is ok I would recommend this vape to others
Not really a fan of rose donut flavor by since I payed for it and picked the flavor I'm going to enjoy it. This kit usually lasts me a month. I'll be back for more flavors
Love the minty aftertaste that lingers keeps my breath fresh and the sweet peach berry keeps me coming back for more!
Love the cool minty flavor and I love the sweetness of strawberry kiwi. Good combo! The bright light gives me a extra flashlight! Never seen simo bright of light on a vape like these pine pods.
I ordered 3 vapes and only received 1. When I emailed customer support and explained my problem, I did not receive an email back or any kind of reply for 1 week. I emailed customer support 3 times and texted customer service 2 times. After no reply, I contacted my bank and disputed the charge. It wasn’t until I did this, that I finally got an email apologizing for the error and offering to send me the 2 missing vapes. I am still waiting for my 2 vapes that I paid for three weeks ago.
It took a little longer than expected but I totally understand because it fell on kinda a holiday week Then I received the order slightly wrong which also was a bit upsetting... but customer service didn't miss a beat... they were prompt, and resolved the problem flawlessly... Will definitely order again... very very soon!
Was great
Great company!!

I bought five of these and they’re fully charged. They do not work.
Hey if you want a bargain...this is it. Best vape ever!!!
It seems dry and no taste I have to keep charging it and it sounds like it might blow up this is the first bad imone I've ever received from y'all out of 4 or 5 orders but I understand I'm not upset
Love "Lost Mary" Products! Big fan of Fire elf as well. Order in a Monday for faster shipping! They are a wee slow. So order well before you need. Still best price!
I really like the foger product. Lots of Puffs good price and I love the coffee flavor.
Fast shipping. Good company will do business again. Thank you
Great product. Good delivery.
Met and exceeded expectations, great battery life, wonderful flavor experience in both regular and turbo modes, 8k in a small frame and the pass-through feature was a nice surprise to allow puffing while charging.

Only had a wee and because it leaked out before arriving it's almost empty. Taste's good, but was damaged during delivery.
I received the wrong flavor and could only get half refund
Works good!
